It is rather remarkable…and undeniable…the Federal Government has been caught completely flatfooted by this crisis. But Florida courts put into place a very detailed plan…way back in 2013. Read in detail the report….it predicted…and thus had courts prepare for a flu pandemic. The manual has since been updated…with very valuable insight that helps the court to carry on its essential functions.

It is going to be very difficult to perform a whole range of tasks, but essential court business is still being conducted. Justice WILL go on!
