Linear Financial Solutions has hired Matt Surridge for the newly created role of director, following the retirement of Donald Fraser.
Surridge has more than two decades of industry experience and joins from MPowered Mortgages where he was sales director.
During his career he has also worked in influential roles at Mortgage Brain, Countrywide and Lloyds Banking Group.
Alongside his new role, Surridge will additionally fulfil an interim sales director role for LSL Financial Services.
Fraser officially retired from Linear on 6 February.
