Green has nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, having started his career in banking before specialising in mortgage lending and intermediary relationships.

He has worked with a number of building society lenders, gaining an understanding of how different parts of a business work together to drive better customer and broker outcomes.

The appointment comes as the business continues to expand its reach and support for brokers across the UK.
