Atom Bank has introduced a limited offer to procuration fees on commercial mortgages.

New-to-bank commercial lending applications submitted before 30th September will qualify for a 1.75% proc fee, a rise of 25bps on the current fee.

There will be no change to the overall 2% arrangement fee, with Atom reducing its retained portion instead.

Alongside the proc fee boost, Atom has improved the interest rate discount available on large commercial loans.

A 40bps reduction will now apply to loans of £1 million to £3 million, while there will be a 25bps reduction for loans of £3 million to £10 million.

Previously a 25bps discount applied for loans of £1 million to £4 million.

Atom gives bespoke rates to commercial mortgage borrowers, based on their individual circumstances.

Brokers can use the Quick Quote tool on the Atom broker portal to get a rough quote for clients.

Atom Bank head of business lending Tom Renwick said: “Our broker partners are the heartbeat of our commercial mortgage proposition, and we are committed to delivering the strategic value they need to champion their clients and the needs of UK businesses.

“By boosting procuration fees and introducing more competitive rates for larger facilities, we are further strengthening our commercial proposition and providing our broker partners with greater commercial flexibility.”

Last week Atom reduced rates across its Prime mortgage range by 15bps.
