Crystal Specialist Finance has made two senior appointments.
Gareth Shilton will work as a consultant and Kala Sreedharan as head of project management.
Shilton has worked in financial services for 25 years, including six years as the director of Ocean Finance.
He will be consulting with Crystal’s board of directors on its growth strategy.
Sreedharan, who has consulted Crystal previously, has a digital background, having worked as vice president of operations at Habito and director of sales and operations at Mojo.
She also spent nearly five years as an associate director at Alexander Hall.
Sreedharan will be taking on transformation and changes duties as part of her remit.
