HLPartnership (HLP) has appointed Matthew Creswell as senior recruitment manager (South).

Creswell joins HLPartnership with more than 15 years of experience across in-house and agency recruitment, most recently spending five years at Connells Group where he held the role of group recruitment director.

His background includes senior recruitment roles within large national organisations including TUI Travel, Network Rail and Homebase, alongside a decade in financial services recruitment agencies.

In his new role, Creswell will focus on supporting the recruitment and onboarding of high-quality mortgage and protection firms across the South, working closely with prospective members to understand their long-term business goals and ensure
