Mortgage Brain has integrated Paymentshield into its CRM Brain platform.

Mortgage Brain said this lets brokers offer clients a home insurance quote automatically as part of the mortgage application process.

The integration means that, once a mortgage application has been submitted through CRM Brain, brokers will be prompted to ask their client whether they would like help arranging home insurance.

Paymentshield’s API integration means the connection allows customer data already captured in CRM Brain to be passed across automatically, so brokers no longer need to log in to a separate system or manage the process manually at a key stage of the client journey.

The integration also gives brokers a straightforward way to protect more of their clients and generate an additional revenue stream from within their existing workflow.

In July Mortgage Brain integrated Uinsure into CRM Brain, letting brokers offer insurance quotes automatically as part of the mortgage application process.
