Specialist property lender, ASK Partners (ASK), has confirmed the promotion of Joe Freedman to head of origination following the departure of Elliot Blatt who leaves to start his own venture.

Freedman joined ASK in June 2021 and previously spent four years at property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton, where he held roles across property finance, corporate finance, investment, and asset management.

Commenting on his promotion, Freedman said: “I’m thrilled to be leading the origination team at such a pivotal time, as we continue to identify high-quality real estate lending opportunities across diverse UK sectors which provide attractive investment opportunities for our private clients.
