Vida has launched a cashback package across its residential and buy-to-let (BTL) ranges, designed to support first-time buyers.
The lender has launched a £1,250 cashback option available on residential products over 90% loan-to-value (LTV), including the popular 3&Easy 97% LTV product.
In addition, Vida will offer £500 cashback on selected residential products at 75% LTV, across all tiers, including packager tier.
It will also offer £500 cashback on selected BTL products at 75% LTV on Vida 36, covering Standard, houses of multiple occupancy/multi-unit building, expat, and the full fee saver range.
