Paradigm Mortgage Services has added new lender MPowered Mortgages to its panel.

The members of the Solihull-based mortgage club will be able to access the digital platform’s mix of products, which includes non-regulated buy-to-let lending for individuals, limited companies, and portfolio landlords.

The MPowered platform was launched by Guilford-based fintech MQube last month.

It said then it was in talks with other lenders and funders to add new products on MPowered.

Paradigm Mortgage Services head of mortgages John Coffield says: “The launch of a new lender is always exciting however some propositions also demand your attention because they are using cutting-edge technology and offering something new to the market.

“This is certainly the case with MPowered Mortgages and we’re very pleased to be one of the first distributors to be able to offer our member firms access to its range of flexible buy-to-let mortgages on its new lending platform.”

MPowered Mortgages distribution director Emma Hollingworth adds: “We’re delighted to be launching with Paradigm today and look forward to supporting Paradigm’s members. MPowered previously announced a partnership with Mortgage Advice Bureau, which will see AP applications rolled out across the UK mortgage market.
