Shawbrook Bank has hired Bradley McMillan as senior product development and proposition manager at its property finance division.

McMillan joins from OneSavings Bank where he was responsible for product development at Kent Reliance, Interbay and Prestige Finance.

He has 17 years’ experience in the specialist lending industry and has also held positions at RBS and Cheltenham and Goucester.

In his new role, McMillan will be responsible for enhancing Shawbrook’s product proposition to support the needs of their brokers and customers.
