Our professional standards and expectations

  • We are present with our clients so they know through our words and our actions that we always have their best interests at heart.

  • We are patient with our clients. We know that our clients are almost always experiencing stress. It is our job to help them navigate this stressful time through our own kindness and grace.

  • We over-communicate rather than under-communicate with our clients, colleagues, and other real estate professionals. We are professionals, which means we always communicate with a positive and professional tone, and in a timely manner.

  • We take the high road at all times with all clients, colleagues and other real estate professionals. We do not do things or say things that we will immediately regret.

  • We are responsible for practicing real estate with skill and care. This means we keep track of our deadlines. We complete our paperwork and approach our negotiations with an attention to detail that protects our clients’ best interests.

  • We are all responsible for actively growing and nurturing positive relationships. We choose to be a positive influence for our clients, for the real estate community, and for the larger community, too.

  • We actively support our colleagues. When another team member reaches out to us, we respond to them in a timely manner.

  • We ask our colleagues for help when we need it.

  • We are all here to learn and grow, and help our team members do the same. This means we choose to model good habits and good attitudes for each other. It also means we actively engage in team discussions, and we actively share our thoughts and ideas with the goal of helping the team improve.

  • We are ethical at all times. Real estate is fraught with ethical dilemmas. It is the nature of the beast. If we find ourselves in an ethical dilemma and we're not sure how to respond, then we consult with other peer(s) to determine the best course of action.
