Laila Khan of Guidance Residential Wins Trailblazer Award

Guidance Residential’s Laila Khan has been named a 2019 Sales, Marketing & PR Trailblazer by Progress in Lending Association.  Early in her Guidance Residential tenure, Laila was the Preprocessing Lead then transitioned into an Account Manager. She was entrenched in day-to-day customer interactions and developed a deep understanding of the customer journey. Her efforts have increased the company’s social media presence, successfully connected the organization with B2B industry leaders, dramatically improved the customer journey, and coordinated all efforts to get Guidance Residential recognized. And in September 2019, she was named one of Progress in Lending’s sales, marketing and PR trailblazers. Congratulations, Laila!
