Specialist lender Black & White Bridging has made two new hires as it looks to expand its lending operations.

Lisa Klychkova joins as investment analyst, bringing with her a background in financial analysis and a well-established network of high-net-worth individuals.

The lender says she will be pivotal in supporting the investment and lending sides of the business—sourcing capital for loan-by-loan investments, as well as assisting in underwriting, credit assessments, and due diligence.

Liam Dorrington has also been hired for the role of assistant accountant with responsibilities including bank reconciliations, accounts management, investor reporting, and month-end processes.

The lender says the hires underline its commitment to building capacity across key areas as it continues to scale its lending operations and deepen investor engagement.

Black & White Bridging chief operating officer Damien Druce says: “Lisa and Liam bring valuable expertise and fresh energy to the business.

“Lisa’s hybrid role reflects our broader strategy of aligning lending activity with investor expansion, and her network is a significant advantage.

“Liam’s addition strengthens our finance capabilities and supports the robust infrastructure our partners rely on. We’re delighted to welcome them both to the team.”
