Buckinghamshire adds new expat BTL products, lowers rates

Buckinghamshire Building Society has made rate reductions on selected everyday residential and skilled worker visa products.

The changes include it everyday residential at 70% loan-to-value (LTV) reduced from 5.34% to 5.19% and its everyday residential at 80% LTV reduced from 5.45% to 5.29%.

In addition the skilled worker visa, formerly Tier 2 visa, has been reduced from 6.35% to 5.99%.

In addition, the society has launched a two-year fixed rate BTL mortgage at 5.89%, exclusively for expat limited company applicants seeking short-term rate stability.
