NatWest ups core resi and green mortgage rates | Mortgage Strategy

NatWest has increased rates across its core residential and green residential ranges by up to 15 basis points.

Within the core range two-year fixes, the most significant change is the 60% LTV purchase product changing from 1.08% to 1.18%.

For remortgages, the lender has increased rates at 60% LTV by 15 basis points, meaning the fix with £995 product fee is now 1.18% and, with zero fee, 1.39%.

A 10 basis point change for the 60% LTV five-year fix for purchase sees the zero fee product rate increase to 1.38% and the £995 fee product fix to 1.23%.

And for remortgages, NatWest has increased rates by 5 basis points at 60% LTV again, which leaves the zero product fee offering at 1.39% and the £995 fee version at 1.18%.

In the green range, the 60% LTV two-year fix for purchase has moved up from 1.07% to 1.17% and the 60% LTV two-year fix for remortgages has seen a 15 basis point increase to 1.17%.

For five-year fixes, the 60% LTV purchase product has moved from 1.12% to 1.22% and for remortgage, a 5 basis point increase sees its rate come to 1.17%.
