Metro Bank has made hired across its specialist mortgage business.
Charles Morley, previously the bank’s director of mortgage distribution, will also look after mortgage operations and servicing going forwards as director of mortgage distribution, operations and servicing.
Morley’s new role brings the entire end-to-end customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion and redemption under one single team and reporting line.
Metro Bank’s business development team is led by Joanne Hollins, head of intermediary and direct mortgages.
In the team, Neil McLeod has been promoted to the role of national key account manager.
Formerly regional sales manager, McLeod joined the bank in 2018 and has close to 20 years financial services experience. He will work closely with key networks and clubs to develop and strengthen existing and new partnerships.
Meanwhile, Dean Linklater will take on the role of regional sales manager for the North of England.
Linklater has more than 20 years’ experience across mortgages and specialist lending with a particular understanding of the needs of the intermediary market in the north of England.
Nicola Moore and Emma Dudley have joined in the roles of business development manager and telephone BDM respectively.
Moore joins from 3 Sixty Financial Solutions and has over 10 years mortgage industry experience. She will be focused on developing new and existing intermediary relationships across Yorkshire and the North East.
Dudley has joined Metro Bank after five years with Coastway Financial as a self-employed mortgage and protection broker.
Her new role will specialise in remote relationship management, providing day to day support and expertise for mortgage intermediaries.
