One Mortgage System (OMS) has announced CRM contract renewals with Promise Money and Leith Mortgage Centre.

The renewed agreements will see both firms continue using the OMS platform with the aim to improve efficiency levels and enhance their adviser and customer experiences.

OMS’ CRM and originations platform are designed to streamline the mortgage process from initial enquiry through to completion and ongoing client retention.

Features include automated workflows, document management, audit trails, product sourcing, API integrations, compliance support, lender connectivity, client communication tools and reporting functionality aimed at assisting with regulatory reporting, as well as day to day monitoring of their business.
