Summer plans may have been changed for some this summer but there is still ways to keep kids entertained. Virtual summer camps are becoming the newest things to do this summer to stay busy and safe this summer.

Many of virtual summer camps are free and offer hours long of entertainment and activities to keep the kids busy during the day while still giving kids the opportunity to meet new people and socialize.

Here is a list of virtual summer camps you for to check out.

1. Camp Wonderopolis

The free summer camp is aimed for those who love science, technology, engineering, arts and math. The camp is open to kids of all ages.

2. The Museum of Contemporary Art North Miami

From June to August, kids ages 6 through 13 can enjoy paintings, drawings, textile art classes and mixed media art classes via Zoom. Families that live in the area can even pick up art supplies curbside before joining.

3. Camp Supernow

Is aimed for kids ages 5 to 11 years old. Children will be paired with a counselor and other campers form across the country for crafts and activities on Zoom. Each session lasts 2 weeks long and costs $199 per camper with a free trial.

4. Varsity Tutors

Varsity Tutors is aimed for those wishing to learn a new language, practice creative writing or those who love brain teasers. Each session is tailored for kids based on their grade level and lasts a week.

5. Happy Camper Live

This summer camp features everything from sports, arts and crafts, magic, photography and even hosts a virtual campfire.
