The broker-only lender says Nik Sukara (pictured), who covers the North of England, has “a strong track record in specialist lending”, having previously held senior business development manager roles at Bluestone Mortgages and Livemore.

Lichelle Samra, who takes the Midlands as her patch, will focus on supporting brokers with overseas clients and advising on complex buy-to-let cases. She has previously worked at Catalyst, NatWest, MPowered Mortgages, and Prosperity Wealth.

Both hires will join national account managers Paul Ormonde and Zouhair Mihramane in the sales department, led by chief commercial officer Harsha Dahyea.
