Finova has appointed Hamza Behzad as business development director.
Behzad brings more than 12 years of experience in financial services strategy and digital banking transformation.
He joins Finova from his previous position as vice president of new business at digital banking solutions provider Meniga.
Prior to Meniga, Behzad spent eight years within the Financial Services Strategy practice at Accenture.
He will use his previous experience to help expand Finova’s footprint across the UK mortgage and lending market, identifying new, high-impact use cases for its technology.
In addition, he will play a critical role in solving complex customer challenges for Finova, and will help clients leverage its technology solutions in more agile and strategic ways.
