We're helping a lot of our friends right now in a lot of different ways. For some friends, we're helping them answer their questions and make good decisions. For other folks we're helping them get things done. 

For example, a lot of people have questions about the real estate market right now, and in particular when they should buy or sell. We're having a lot of good conversations about goals, the market, and timing. After some in-depth conversations, many people are realizing that there are plenty of good reasons to follow their hearts and to buy or sell their home right now. For others, they are learning that it makes more sense to wait. 

A lot of people also have questions about cosmetic updates and home improvements -- with an eye toward return on investment. Right now we're helping a lot of people choose which updates to make and which professionals to hire (like color consultants, design consultants, painters, handymen, flooring companies, and other contractors). For other folks we're actually coordinating their cosmetic work for them as they actively prepare their home for sale.
