National Mortgage News started running its annual loan officer rankings in 1999, with production data covering origination volume from 1998. Our survey of top producers is open to individual loan officers who work at depository, nonbank and mortgage brokerage firms in the U.S.
The top five producers in this ranking had an average dollar volume of Federal Housing Administration loans of more than $50 million in 2023. These five producers also had an average number of FHA loans originated of 142.
