Just Mortgages has promoted Tara Panayi from mortgage manager to the role of divisional sales director.
In her new role, Panayi will be supporting advisers across south Wales.
Working with the financial services directors and senior management team, she will focus on growing the employed division, including recruitment, development and providing day-to-day support.
Panayi will also be working closely with advisers in Darlows estate agency branches across the region.
She takes over from Gareth Lowndes, who was recently promoted to sales director of the client services division.
Panayi joined Just Mortgages in 2011 from Principality Building Society.
She says: “I’m thrilled to be stepping into this new role and to have the chance to collaborate with our talented advisers across the region.
“Through this role, I hope to use knowledge and experience to not just support our advisers to reach their potential, but to increase our headcount and highlight the opportunities available through Just Mortgages.”
