Accord is increasing rates on 32 deals across its residential product transfer and further advance ranges by up to 28 basis points.

The intermediary arm of Yorkshire Building Society has emailed brokers today to let them know about the rate changes which will come into force at 8am on Thursday 27 August.

The following products are among those increasing:

• Two-year fixed rate at 75 per cent LTV will increase from 1.38 to 1.4 per cent with a product fee of £995
• Two-year fixed rate at 80 per cent LTV will increase from 2.37 to 2.53 per cent with no product fee
• Two-year fixed rate at 85 per cent LTV will increase from 2.02 to 2.16 per cent with a product fee of £295
• Two-year fixed rate at 90 per cent LTV will increase from 2.37 to 2.65 per cent with no product fee

Accord is also trimming rates on two and five-year fixed rates at 65 per cent LTV by up to 7 basis points.
