SNM Bridging Finance has joined the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA).
SNM Bridging Finance provides bridging to individuals and businesses. Loans are available on residential property, commercial and semi-commercial.
The BDLA now has more than 50 lender members, with a collective loan book of over £13.7 billion, and its total membership including associate firms is approaching 100.
BDLA chief executive Adam Tyler said: “We are pleased to welcome SNM Bridging Finance as the latest lender member to join the BDLA. As our membership continues to grow, our shared voice becomes stronger and our ability to support best practice across the sector increases.
“We look forward to working with SNM Bridging Finance, alongside our other members, as we continue to engage with key stakeholders and ensure the bridging and development finance sector remains responsible, robust and well-represented.”
