CMME has partnered with mortgage technology firm Twenty7tec to integrate its APPLY platform, which allows the broker’s users to submit applications to multiple lenders without having to re-key data.

It says the integration will allow data to move freely from CMME’s customer relationship management system to Twenty7tec’s platform, making “fact finding simpler than it has ever been”.

CMME specialises in finding home loans and insurance for independent professionals, small business owners, contractors, freelancers, interim managers and directors.

The broker points out that users can submit either decisions in principle or full mortgage applications to any lender connected to the APPLY system with appropriate functionality.

The tech company adds: “This creates seamless two-way communication between customers, advisers, and the lender. Advisers can submit documents, and case notes, and receive status updates all the way through to completion.”
