Smartr365 has automated NatWest personal mortgage journeys, which the firms say will “streamline” working practices for brokers.

The customer relationship management software firm says it has now fully automated decisions in principle and full mortgage applications across all of NatWest’s personal mortgage journeys.

It adds that the lender’s personal mortgage products are now available to UK mainland brokers registered with NatWest who are eligible Smartr365 users.

The firms add the new functions cover:

  • Residential purchases – First-time buyer and home mover
  • Remortgage applications
  • Capital & Interest repayment types
  • Employed and self-employed clients
  • Sole and joint applications

NatWest head of intermediary mortgages Nadine Edwards says: “Our new partnership with Smartr365 will streamline a number of processes for our brokers and customers.

“We are always considering ways that we can deepen our engagement with the broker community and this is move is evidence of this commitment.

Smartr365 chief executive Conor Murphy adds: “This isn’t just about integration — it’s about elimination.

“We’re eliminating duplication, errors, wasted time, and old ways of working. Brokers can go from fact-find to mortgage submission with NatWest in a truly automated flow — no rekeying, no switching systems.”
