LSL has hired Neil Hoare as sales director of its financial services division, which covers the property group’s mortgage and insurance networks.   

Hoare (pictured) will take up his post on 1 September from his current role as commercial director of HL Partnership, and will lead sales and recruitment at mortgage network PRIMIS and club TMA.

The group says his focus will be to bring new members into the network and club, as well as working with existing firms to pursue growth. 

Hoare will report to LSL Group financial services chief distribution officer Emma Hollingworth. 

Hollingworth says: “Neil is well-known and highly respected in the mortgage industry, and we’re very pleased to have him on board to head up sales across PRIMIS and TMA. 

“He is joining us at a key moment, when our intention is to invest in more resources to engage with our firms, and I know he has ambitious plans to develop and grow the business.”
