Adam Stretton, who has served as managing director, has now been appointed as chairman.

After nine years with TRM, leading its compliance, risk and training functions, Ben Allen has been promoted into a leadership role, and will become managing director of TRM.

As managing director, Allen will work closely with TRM’s board of directors, focusing on strengthening adviser support, expanding services, and delivering sustainable growth.

In addition, Amanda Wilson, previously sales & recruitment director, has been promoted to the newly-created role of commercial & strategy Director.
