Smartr365 introduces new feature to streamline remote meetings

SmartrTalk, which is powered by Microsoft and aims to streamline remote meetings, is being hailed by the fintech company as the first integration of its kind in the UK mortgage market.

Anyone using the end-to-end platform for mortgage brokers will be able to use the new SmartrTalk feature as part of their existing subscription. There’s no requirement for brokers or customers to have an external license and it comes with all the benefits of Microsoft security.

Indeed, Smartr365 explained, audio and video calls, which have now become an essential part of the mortgage journey since the move to remote working, can be held on any device or operating system. This would help brokers compete in the Covid world and beyond.

SmartrTalk can also enable screen sharing which means, said Smartr365, brokers can provide a collaborative, transparent, and informative borrower experience.
