The lender has assured that no customer-facing services have been impacted as a result of the ‘lock out’.
Brokers were emailed this morning to inform them of the issues.
A Barclays spokesperson said: “This morning mortgage brokers have experienced difficulty accessing Barclays Intermediary Hub.
“We apologise for the inconvenience this intermittent issue is causing.
“Please be assured we are working to resolve the issue for those brokers affected as quickly as possible.”
